Every scenario pins formula version 2.0.0. Decimal arithmetic is kept at full precision and rounded only at display/export boundaries.

Release examples use synthetic and user-entered rates. Provider pricing is not presented as current unless a rights-cleared source record is approved; otherwise source publication will fail closed.

Known exclusions

Results exclude any labor, infrastructure, support, taxes, or commercial terms not entered. Reliability probabilities are modeled assumptions, not service guarantees.
